FDM printing
Large-format capability without overcomplicating the job.
Our core FDM capacity supports prints up to approximately 340 × 320 × 340 mm with ease, covering a wide range of functional, prototype, decorative, and hobby applications.
We support a broad range of FDM filament types including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, carbon-fiber-reinforced materials, glow-in-the-dark filaments, and many other specialty options. Material selection is based on the intended strength, heat resistance, flexibility, appearance, durability, and use environment of the part.
Production is handled across a fleet of Bambu Lab printers, including H2S, P2S, X1 Carbon, and A1 systems, giving us flexible capacity for both everyday jobs and more demanding materials and workloads.
Resin capability
Fine detail when the project calls for it.
Resin printing capacity is available for projects that benefit from finer surface detail, smaller features, or applications better suited to resin than FDM. Final process selection is made during staff review.
File review
We fix printability issues. We do not design the model from scratch.
Minor corrections needed to prepare an existing model for printing can be reviewed and handled where practical.
Nexus does not currently offer full CAD, sculpting, or custom 3D model design from sketches, ideas, measurements, or photographs.
The automated quote is an estimate based on the submitted file. Each approved submission is reviewed by staff before production to confirm printability and practical production requirements.
Finishing
Finished to detail, without pretending every print needs a paint booth.
Printed parts are cleaned and finished to an appropriate level for the job, including normal support removal and print cleanup where applicable.
Hand painting is by prior approval only.
Hand painting is not a standard included service. If a project may require painting or specialty finishing beyond normal print cleanup, it must be discussed and approved in advance.

Not every project needs a custom quote. Nexus also produces ready-to-buy 3D-printed models, gaming accessories, useful small items, and other designs for the online store. Inventory changes as new designs are tested and added.
